The Portrait Pro - Mag Style adapter uses a MagSafe style magnetic ring which allows you to safely and securely attach your phone while also being just as easy to detach. It is compatible with any phone or phone case that is equipped with a MagSafe or MagSafe style connector.

Take note of the following
- You are purchasing a 3D printed part printed in durable and UV resistant ASA.
- Products are made to order therefore please allow 1 - 2 days for processing and production.
- Being that the product is a 3D printed part and not mass manufactured there may be tiny imperfections present that do not affect the functionality of the part.
- A phone or case with a MagSafe compatible connector is required (not supplied) for use.
- As with all MagSafe style connectors, if your phone has MagSafe but your case does not the magnetic force will be diminished by the case and it may not stick well to the adapter.
- A cable is required (not supplied) for play on the Backbone One as the plug usually used in landscape orientation is blocked by the adapter. Backbone Pro can be used via bluetooth. The pictured style cable is offered as an add-on for an additional $10.
- Although Portrait Pro - Mag Style is physically compatible with all generations and versions of Backbone One and Backbone Pro, it is up to you to determine wether your particular phone is able to work with your particular version of Backbone One when connected via the appropriate cable from the charging port of the phone to the charging port of the Backbone controller.

The MagStyle adapter works perfectly on my Backbone One 2nd Gen combined with my Pixel 10 Pro XL. The strength of the magnet is excellent and the adapter has a reasonably strong grip on the Backbone itself, the tolerances are great. No more smashing my phone into my face when playing in bed or being so gentle to not knock the phone out of the controller. This is the ultimate way to play 3DS and DS games.
The Portrait Pro Mag Style Adapter for Backbone is a great upgrade. It fits perfectly, feels solid, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Installation was easy and the quality exceeded my expectations.
The company name and the constant use of the word “shit” everywhere is an odd choice. It doesn’t inspire confidence and, in my opinion, hurts an otherwise excellent product.
This is just what I was looking for! I now have a much better experience playing many of my old games on the phone. Can never go back to the me that didn't have one of these adapters.
It's very unintrusive and the backbone controller experience is completely unchanged, if not improved for tons of games. Cannot recommend enough if you play pokemon or other ds and/or landscape games!
The quality on this is great unfortunately I never got the chance to use it because I ended up buying the scuf device and no longer have the backbone, but I can just feel the quality of this seems like a 3-D printing material, but has the magnetic ring that you would use for your phone and it has a good covering on it that would not scratch your phone
There's really no smartphone controllers on the market that allow for playing in a vertical orientation. This is a fantastic option. Really opens opportunities for a greater library of games to play on my phone. Very well made product. Can't recommend enough!
