Great product, my problem was user error

I ordered the Magsafe portrait orientation clip for Backbone and I can finally say that I love this product- I'm making this post to publicly shame myself over being a little too narrow-focused. When I bought the item and took it out of the box, I was for some reason convinced that a cable needed to be run from the internal male connector of the Backbone to the phone. I was confused why the cable I bought with it was male-to-male, since you'd need a male-to-female cable to connect it that way. I was ready to post here, or email the creator of the item and ask what I was missing about the process. Then today I realized... it doesn't use the internal jack, you run the cable to the female jack on the right side of the controller. In my defense, I've had a lot on my mind lately! So, this is my public shaming, hah. It's a solid product and does what it needs to.
